About Me

Paola is a Colombian woman whose journey, like that of many others, has been shaped by meaningful transitions that now guide her work in helping others make conscious decisions about their health.
When I moved to the United States, I experienced a drastic shift in my diet, career, and the way I cared for myself. The arrival of the pandemic, along with the onset of perimenopause, sparked a deep need to better understand my body and regain balance. Even though I thought I was living a healthy life, I realized I was making many mistakes simply out of lack of knowledge.
That’s when I began my journey into the world of nutritional health coaching and discovered the powerful influence of epigenetics on our everyday choices and long-term well-being.
This process helped me understand that health is not one-dimensional—it’s a dynamic, interconnected experience that involves our biology, habits, emotions, environment, and more.
Gaining this knowledge transformed the way I approached my health and empowered me to make meaningful, sustainable lifestyle changes. Now, I dedicate myself to helping others do the same.

My professional background in consulting and the health sector now enriches my work as a Health Coach. This blend of structure, strategy, and empathy allows me to support my clients in a comprehensive way, guiding them toward sustainable changes that truly impact their lives.
I’m here to guide and support you in creating sustainable habits that truly fit your lifestyle and flow at your own pace.
I specialize in women navigating physical and emotional changes or who feel they’ve lost balance in their lives. Using tools like the Epigenetic Optimization Test, I can help you understand how your body is functioning and can guide you to make informed decisions about your nutrition, energy, and overall well-being.
My purpose is to help you reconnect with yourself, build sustainable habits, and restore the balance your body truly needs, through care, best practices and intentional action.
