As a Nutritional Health Coach, I don’t diagnose, treat, or replace medical professionals. Instead, I walk with you helping you connect the dots between what you feel, what your body may be signaling, and how your lifestyle could be influencing your current state.
Together, we’ll uncover which areas of your life might be out of balance: nutrition, stress, sleep, mindset, relationships, environment, physical activity, and more.
Every recommendation is tailored to your unique story, biology, and pace. And any significant changes should always be validated with your healthcare provider.
Health & Nutrition Coaching
This is where clarity begins. Through personalized coaching, I help you evaluate what’s currently working in your routine and what may be holding you back.
We explore how small, realistic shifts in daily habits can bring more energy, focus, and balance. Whether you need support with food planning, meal prep, grocery shopping, or adjusting habits in line with your goals, we’ll design a path that feels achievable and empowering.
We may work on areas like food relationships and emotional eating, how to choose real, nourishing foods, hydration, physical activity, and daily energy cycles, meal planning, and how to shop with confidence. We also reconnect with your body’s natural signals to guide your choices.
This process is not about restriction. It’s about alignment, education, and sustainability.

Menopause & Midlife Support
This stage of life can be confusing, but it doesn’t have to feel isolating. If you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, or the transition between them, I’m here to help you understand what’s happening in your body and what options you have.
As your coach, I can help you recognize which stage you may be in, prepare preventively if you're not there yet, and guide you in understanding how nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle practices can support your well-being during this phase.
We also talk openly about when it’s time to seek medical advice or more advanced help, such as hormone replacement therapy, which should always be managed by professionals like gynecologists or endocrinologists. My role is to offer education and clarity, so you feel informed and empowered to make the right decisions in collaboration with your healthcare provider.
This is a safe, compassionate space to ask questions, learn, and feel supported, without pressure or judgment.

Epigenetic Optimization Coaching
Epigenetics gives us a powerful lens to understand how your lifestyle and environment are influencing your gene expression in real time.
Using a simple hair sample, the Epigenetic Optimization Test analyzes factors such as nutrient and mineral imbalances, inflammation, immune function, hormonal and metabolic regulation, oxidative stress, gut health, and toxic burden from environmental exposures.
But more than data, this test gives us direction. It allows you to understand how your body is responding to the way you eat, live, move, and rest, so we can make your coaching process more personalized, intentional, and aligned.
As your coach, I use this tool to help you understand your biological starting point, guide your food and lifestyle choices based on what your body needs now, and create a focused plan that helps you move with clarity and confidence. It eliminates unnecessary trial and error and deepens your self-awareness throughout the process.

Grocery Coaching & Lifestyle Education
Sometimes the hardest part is knowing what to buy and how to start. In this service, I help you develop confidence and clarity around your food and daily habits.
We may explore how to read ingredient labels and spot red flags, what foods support your body’s current needs, simple meal planning strategies, how to build a kitchen that supports your goals, and how to reduce toxic load through everyday decisions like cleaning products, plastics, and technology use.
This is about empowering you to make informed decisions, not overwhelming you with strict rules.
